Phoebe Wasfy, Principal of Philopateer Christian College (PCC), is an educational innovator whose commitment to education has shaped her career. Inspired by an educator who viewed teaching as a vocation, Phoebe’s leadership philosophy emphasizes differentiation, continuous growth, and the transformative power of education. Her work aligns practices with improvement, ensuring a supportive and effective learning environment. PCC, a distinguished member of ACSI, has earned recognition as Best Private School in Mississauga for five consecutive years.

Phoebe holds a BA in History and Religious Studies from the University of Toronto, a Professional Program in Education from D’Youville College, and an MEd from the University of Western Ontario. She completed a Higher Education Teaching Certificate from Harvard University in 2019 and obtained the John Maxwell Leadership Certification in 2023. Phoebe is currently enrolled in a specialized leadership program through the Egyptian National Academy. As a board member of ACSI-Eastern Canada since 2017 and an adjunct faculty member for the Youth Ministry Certification Program, Phoebe has contributed to global youth humanitarian initiatives and was honored by President Abdel Fattah Al-Sisi at the National Youth Forum in Egypt. In 2024, she was named top school principal, coach, and speaker by IATOP.
