Nishtha has strong experience in the Healthcare and IT sectors with business and data analysis in tech-enabled environments. Exposure to principles of innovation and design thinking practice through her experience at GSK shaped her perspective. Recognizing the power of digital technologies for the biopharma sector, she is currently dedicated to using technology for enhanced patient health outcomes.

Her later work at GSK and Biogen exposed her to tremendous opportunities to overcome sophisticated challenges along the biopharma value chain, such as R&D, Quality, Medical Affairs, Commercial and Supply Chain departments. In these roles, she was then able to apply digital technologies successfully to improve operating efficiencies and fuel innovation.
